Hello! I am extremely excited to serve as Administrator at Waterford
Ladies Home beginning June 2020.
I am committed to be your liaison
between residents, families, staff and community and to continue to
provide a safe, independent and homelike atmosphere.
My background and work history have been rewarding in the field of
long-term care. I began my work in long-term care at age 16, working
in skilled nursing facilities’ dietary departments throughout high school
and college.
I have worked and volunteered in several long-term care facilities and
retirement communities throughout my career. I am Licensed as a
Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility Administrator.
My work
experiences include administration, social work, hands on personal
care, and I have been trained in dementia care.
On a personal note, I just celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary and I
have three wonderful children. My family enjoys the great outdoors,
hiking, water sports, traveling and spending time with my parents at
Lake of the Ozarks.
I know we continue to face trying times with the pandemic, and I am
committed to keeping us safe and look to the future.
I look forward to working with our staff and meeting the residents and families and
continuing the wonderful homelike environment for the ladies at
Waterford Ladies Home.
